分板機(jī)一般分為有V槽分板機(jī)和無(wú)V槽分板()
一,V槽分板機(jī)常見(jiàn)的是走刀式分板機(jī),特點(diǎn)如下:
1、切板過(guò)程中PCB不動(dòng)，圓刀滑移，確保基板電子元件不因移動(dòng)而損壞
3、因應(yīng)V槽深深淺及刀具損耗，上圓刀與下直刀之間的距離可準(zhǔn)確調(diào)整
4、可解決零件跨越V槽來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)分板
5、將切板時(shí)所產(chǎn)生的內(nèi)應(yīng)力降至最低而避免錫裂
6、分切速度透過(guò)旋鈕控制，分板行程可自由設(shè)定并有LCD顯示
